Cook until both sides are browned.</li><li> Once browned, remove steaks from pan and set aside </li><li>Add garlic to the pan and brown for a minute. Add in the tomatoes, oregano, salt, black and red pepper </li><li>Bring sauce to simmer and cook until thickened (20/25 mins) </li><li>Add steaks back into the sauce and turn to coat </li><li>Serve hot and top with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan</li></ol></body></html>
